Who we are

This website is run by Next Level Air Conditioning, LLC, 5700 Lake Worth Rd #209-1, Greenacres, FL 33463. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means us. You can reach us at (561) 839-7199 or info@nextlevelairconditioning.com.

What we collect

When you fill out the estimate form

The form asks for your name, phone number, and optionally your email, city and a short description of the problem. We use that only to call you back about your request and to schedule and carry out the work you ask for.

When you call or email us

We keep the number you called from, your name and address, and notes about the job, the same way any service company keeps customer records.

When you browse the site

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they are (city level), and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics uses cookies to tell one visit from the next. It does not tell us who you are.

The site is hosted by Wix, which sets a few cookies it needs to run and secure the site. These are not used for advertising.

Who else sees it

• Wix stores form submissions and customer contacts for us and sends us the email that tells us a request came in. (Wix privacy policy)
• Google processes the analytics data. (Google privacy policy)
• Equipment manufacturers and financing partners, only when you ask us to register a warranty or apply for financing, and only what that requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us and we will take care of it. We may need to keep some records the law requires, such as invoices and permit records.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests and customer records stay on file while you are a customer and for as long as we need them for warranty, tax and permit purposes. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, then deleted automatically.

Security

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions go straight from our server to Wix and are never stored in your browser or exposed to other visitors.

Children

This site is for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
