Commercial AC installation in Palm Beach County, from a single rooftop unit to the full system for a new space. Next Level Air Conditioning sets rooftop package units by crane, installs commercial split and ductless systems, and builds the ductwork, working from our office in Greenacres across Palm Beach and Broward counties. What we install
- Rooftop package units, set by crane
- Commercial split systems
- Ductless systems for offices
- Ductwork: exposed spiral duct, insulated trunks and drops, and plenums and curbs fabricated on site
- The full HVAC system for a tenant build-out or new construction
We have set units ranging up to a 10-ton rooftop package for a gym, and built a 7.5-ton commercial system from scratch. Rooftop units we have set and serviced include Rheem, Carrier, Trane, Bryant and American Standard.
Rooftop unit installation, crane lift included
We handle the whole job: taking the old unit off, fabricating or rebuilding the curb when the old one has rotted, setting the new unit, sealing the roof penetrations, and connecting the electrical, drain and ductwork.
A rooftop lift is a planned operation. We tell you what the access requires and when the disruption falls before anything is scheduled. A rooftop package unit replacement is typically scheduled as a single planned day including the crane lift, subject to access and permitting, and it can be set around your operating hours where access allows it.
New spaces and build-outs
For a new space we handle the HVAC design as well as the installation, working with the owner, the architect and the general contractor. Ductwork, line set and drain go in at rough-in, grilles go in after the painting is done, and the equipment is set for final.

What affects commercial AC installation cost
Every commercial installation is priced on site, because the numbers that matter are different on every building. What moves the price:
- Tonnage and the type of equipment
- Whether the job needs a crane, and how far the lift reaches
- Roof access, and whether the curb can be reused or has to be rebuilt
- How much ductwork is involved, and whether it is replacement or new construction
- Electrical upgrades the new equipment needs
- Permits and inspections
- Whether the work has to happen outside business hours
You get the price before the work starts.
What a Florida roof asks of an installation
A Florida roof finds every penetration that was not sealed. Wind-driven rain gets into a curb that was set but not finished, and by the time it shows up inside it is a roofing problem and a ceiling problem. We fabricate the curb and seal the penetrations before inspection, not after somebody complains.
The installation standards are the same ones we use on a house: nitrogen while brazing, transitions fabricated on site and sealed, and electrical clearances to code.
