“Excellent service from Robert and Omar and crew ! They will be my go to A/C Company for as long as I live in Florida !”
Nearly twenty years in the trade
Our owner learned installation first, as an apprentice, then spent five years at a second company doing service and repair. Those are different skills. Installing is about doing it right the first time. Service is about walking into somebody else's work on the hottest day of the year and finding the fault quickly.
Next Level opened in 2016 under his own license, CAC1821097, and it is still run that way. The person who quotes your job is the person whose name is on that license, and the technicians who turn up wear the same badge.
What that means when you call
You get the price before the work starts. Not an estimate that moves once the panels are off, and no invoice with a number on it you have not already heard out loud.
Someone answers at 2 AM. Open 24 hours means a person, not a voicemail box. Outside Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 8 AM to noon it is emergency service at an after-hours rate, and you hear that rate before we dispatch.
Nobody is paid a commission to sell you a system. If the repair is the better answer, that is the answer you get. Plenty of the work we are called out to is fixing an oversized unit somebody else sold.
Recognition
Outside the van
We were nominated for the Hidden Gem Award at the 2026 HVAC Tactical Awards in Las Vegas. We did not win. Getting named in that room by people who do this work for a living still meant something, and we would rather tell you the real version than the version with the word "winning" in it.
He is also at the AHR Expo every year since 2024, which is where the trade finds out what is changing before it turns up in a customer's house. The new A2L refrigerants are the current one. None of that cools a house on its own. It does mean the person quoting your job keeps up.
